Ritika Hiranandani, CEO & Director‏

Ritika Hiranandani is an Indian businesswoman. She helps several US and Indian companies with business development and funding. She is one of India's leading entrepreneurs, who has helped companies grow in the technology, infrastructure, health care, alternative energy, mobile/cellular, lifestyle and entertainment sectors.

Ritika is instrumental in grooming companies for venture funding, helping with their marketing strategies and also sales. With her expertise in project management she has led an international team of professionals and executed deals of over US$ 150 Million.

Ritika has worked closely in raising finance, sourcing business and worked with several Indian companies like Godrej, Tata, Videocon and other several medium sized companies in India. She has also setup a network of several US and European professionals who have worked with KPMG, Deloitte, Oracle, Coke, DrPepper, StarKist, SkyTel, CenturyTel, Chiquita, British Telecom, AT&T alongside experienced executives and entrepreneurs who have run their own business. Ritika is a recipient of the Cambridge Who’s Who® Certificate of Recognition.

Steve Ross, Director

Steve has lived and worked in India over the past 15 years and mentored several companies and individuals in the entertainment, media, lifestyle, technology sectors, right from inception to taking them to international markets and helping them grow by sharing his vast knowledge and success stories. He has worked with Reliance (India’s No 1 conglomerate), Videocon, and Godrej (leading top industrial groups). Steve can also ascertain current demands of top giants of India and their parameters of purchase. His relationships with in the Indian market range from the industrialists right up to the ministries and government level. With his network and expertise of business in Asia, he has worked on transnational deals of over US$ 250 Million.

Larry Berk

Mr. Berk is a corporate finance specialist and money manager with over 30 years' experience working with New York Stock Exchange companies. He provides strategic planning services to many top corporations around the world, and has held executive positions with investment banking firms, including Oppenheimer & Company, where he was a partner. Mr. Berk has directed over fifty underwritings and private placements.

Mr. Berk is an active volunteer in both professional and community based organizations. He is a founding member of the Financial Investment Analyst Association and National Investment Bankers Association, an advisor to the American Theater Wing, Tony Awards, a member of the Executive Council of New York and President of the New York University, Stern School Executive

Mr. Berk has held many roles in the entertainment industry: he has produced plays and has served as a member of the Board of the Actors Studio; was a founding Chairman of the Veterans Ensemble Theatre, a group of writers, directors, and actors who served in the Vietnam War; was on the Board of the Association of American Dance Companies and was a trustee of Manhattan Theatre Club. Mr. Berk has been referenced and quoted in numerous publications, including, but not limited to, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Barron's and South China Morning Post.
